Reviewed Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Dec 23, 2014 in on Food.com

This is my 1st recipe for oatmeal-raisin cookies (hence the 4 stars). Cookies are very good, chewy centers, crispy edges and are sure to cure any sweet tooth. I';ve learned if a recipe gives a range for cook time (i.e. 11-13 mins) splitting the range down the middle usually works very well for me. I got 55 cookies with this recipe and the only...

I used 3 serrano chili peppers vice the 2 jalapenos with success! But I found 2T(tablespoons of cumin to be WAY too overwhelming! I'll cut the cumin in half in the future, otherwise a good easy comfort food with a 4* star rating. "
