Excellent recipe. I used plain granulated sugar on the top and raw sugar in the batter and it turned out wonderfully. Letting it sit for 30 minutes was a tad too long, so next time I will probably let it sit for 25 minutes before torching it. I will definitely use this again!

I used only the meringue portion of this recipe and it's spot on. Excellent texture and taste.

Excellent recipe! Used sliced almonds instead and didn't use raisins, and opted for one cookie sheet, and it turned out excellently.

Needed a bit more red pepper, garlic, and salt to enhance flavor, but it was otherwise very good! Recipe made enough for 16 people.

Superb recipe! I didn't bother with the water bath and used lemon juice instead of zest, but it was still phenomenal and didn't crack in the oven."

Great texture and amount of sweetness! I started these before realizing I didn't have enough cream, so I used about 1/4 C cream and 3/4 plain yogurt and they turned out just fine. For the glaze, I substituted lime juice and only made half of the glaze and it was more than enough. "
