I think this was a great recipe but next time I'd make a couple of changes, including adding tabasco or hot sauce to the egg mix. Also, I'd flip the chicken halfway through to make both sides crispy. It was a great dish and I will be making it again.""

I made the pork chops tonight. I agree with some of the other reviewers that it is hard to keep the filling in. If I were to make it again I'd sear the pork chops in the pan and then finish them in the oven. The sauce was great.
