Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"With the words "Foolproof" on the recipe, I knew I'd need to make this for my Christmas dinner... I made it with only about a 3-pound roast but it still turned out very good (we like our meat between medium rare - medium well) I will definitely make this again. I served it with mushroom gravy though... Thanks for this wonderful recipe...
