Reviewed Pan-Fried Catfish Sandwich with Chipotle-Lime Slaw
"Sooo good! My kids don't like fish and my husband doesn't like catfish, but they love this sandwich. I make this recipe at least once a week. I've even used baked Tilapia with the same seasoning and it was still really tasty!
