Shared Recipe Nikki's ADDICTIVE Low Carb Mini Cheesecakes

Aug 13, 2014 on Food.com

"This is a “cakey” new york style cheesecake mix. The cakey-ness is achieved with the addition of flour. Please feel free to leave out the flour. I’ve made these with and without flour and it’s absolutely delicious both ways!"

Thank you jean1! This cake is SO GOOD but the lemon glaze is, in fact, a little too tart (and I LOVE tart lemony desserts - I have a pinterest board to prove it: pinterest.com/deluxerx/the-lemon-merchant/)
I offer this glaze as an alternative | Lemon Glaze: 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/8 cup water. To make the glaze: Mix...

So very good. Make sure you CUT the cauliflower to the right size or it will take forever to cook - and use a large enough pan - but not too large or the garlic will burn. Also add more olive oil as needed. AND I added way more parmesan to the top. Fantastic. Oh yeah, I also added rosemary.

Thank you Kittencal! This is my GO TO Chocolate Cake Recipe. Way more than a "snack cake".
I usually make cupcakes with it. It makes about 18 cupcakes if you fill the cups 3/4 of the way. Cupcakes take about 18-20 mins at 350. This cake is sooooooooo good. I don't eat sugar, so I used whey low in this recipe and NO ONE can tell the diffe...

Amazing. Addictive. A Keeper.
Here are some hints for success:
1. Cook your roux for a bit longer than 1 minute to make sure you get rid of that raw flour taste.
2. This recipe makes A LOT of cheese sauce, so Cook more than 1lb of pasta. Then add as much pasta for the balance you like.
3. You can substitute the...

Good Lord, these were so good and so easy to make! I made them in the broiler but imagine that it would be out of this world on the grill. I also made my own jerk seasoning using recipe #156341 on foodDOTcom and it was fantastic. I will be making these again and again."

I hate to use the same word as animemom, but "refreshing" is the best word to describe it. I made the dressing and put it in a bottle and just made a fresh salad as I needed one. Perfect. I loved the apple. And yes, you mus"
