"This was my first pumpkin pie - and I think I have found my signature Thanksgiving dessert. I am from the Caribbean and Thanksgiving is a new holiday for me, and I wanted to learn to make some traditional desserts. I am happy I choose this one after seeing the Throwdown episode! My fiancee said the pie took him back to his childhood...and that is a testament to this recipe.
The only thing different that I did was use an organic graham cracker pre-prepared crust, but everything else I followed precisely...and the results were fabulous!
