My Activity

Reviewed Chicken and Orzo Frittata

"Very tasty, but I found it a little dry with the roasted chicken and the orzo. It could definitely use a little shredded cheese mixed in and on top. But I do love the ricotta and creme fraiche, so like others have said, this a great base recipe to test out with different add-ins--my fave combination is crumbled chicken sausage, spinach, mushrooms and fontina cheese!"

Reviewed Shrimp and Sausage Cioppino

"Hearty, delicious, and great the next day. My boyfriend wasn't too excited to hear we were having "soup" for dinner, but even he loved it! I didn't tell him it was turkey sausage and he didn't notice. I did make a few adjustments though. As much as I try, I just don't love fennel, so I left that out. And instead of 2 cups of wine and 1/4 cup tomato paste I used 1 cup white wine, 1 15oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes and just a small squirt of tomato paste. It came out great and I think the diced tomatoes really added a nice element."
