So easy to make and yet so delicious! Such a great combination with chocolate and cheese. I made 16 mini pastries and they were the perfect size but I couldn't stop at eating just one :) The next time I may try substitute some kind of fruit preserves or marmalade for the chocolate. This is such a great idea!! and a nice change from the chips and dip routine. I used a tablespoon of cream cheese in place of mayo and did not have any avocado on hand so left that out as well and the dip was great! I used oil in my preparation, walnuts instead of hazelnuts and reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup for my double batch and the carrot bread was delicious as is without the glaze and it is good for you!
