Reviewed Cuban Pulled Pork Tacos with Guava Glaze, Sour Orange Red Cabbage-Jicama Slaw and Chipotle Mayonnaise

"Made this yesterday. Didn't have the china box either but used indirect heat on the weber to smoke. 3hours. It turned out great. I substituted mango buter for the guava jelly and it worked perfectly. I actually added some grilled mangoes to the wrap along with some avocado.

Great recipe and good for cold lunch next day. "
