MISPRINT!!!!!! MAYBE!? This was absolutely delicious. Is it only me or might it be a misprint that it takes 30 minutes to reach 300F, for me it only took about 5 minutes. I thought my thermometer might be wrong, but took a chance and turned it off after 5 minutes when it read 300F and it came out perfect! I did it with 2 cups of assorted nuts.""

I loved it! Instead of straining with towel y put it through food mill after boiling the guava in water then proceded with recipe. i also put 3 cups sugar for 5 cups of guava liquid. It turned out great!"

First chocolate cheesecake Ive made. We loved it!!!Next time I will make two changes: less salt in crust and ill decrease cooking by 10 min. When I baked it I put a pan with hot water on bottom rack under cake. Its suppose to help keep it from cracking(I know it didn't really matter with this one!).""

Delicious!!!!!!! And it couldn't get easier. I did mine in a 9 inch round pan, and total bake time was exactly 2 hours.

First time doing this type of recipe and I loved it! I do think the recipe says twice as much wine than Ann really used on show. On show she definitely used no more than 1 cup.
