I did have the skillet very hot and on high until the cheese crusted and then turned the temp. down to low medium and put a cover on so the chicken would cook through, and yes I butterflied the chicken. About Me
mother....grandmother...love to cook! I like to experiment with new recipes, however, I'm not a fan of spending too much money. When my boyfriend and I travel we usually camp and bring along all sorts of spices and cook most of the time. We prefer to eat our own food, and why not, its part of our fun! (we DO eat out in restaurants now and then as a treat). We enjoy cycling and backpacking :)
