Becoming a regular when I want a lighter main course. I have begun to substitute sage for the chives. I may also saute a few slices of chipped bacon next time and then saute the onions in that and go from there.

1.5 teaspoons of salt doesn't sound too crazy. You must have done something wrong. Considering every other review is 5 stars, I am going to have to give it a try.

This is part of my repertoire now. I have made this a least 6 times and i like it because it is easy, really tasty and different from what most people bring to the table.

Big hit with the family. The prior reviewers have it right. A little less stock, a little cumin, and maybe a few more Jalapenos since they are very mellow by the time this is done. Really easy to prepare.""
