Reviewed Chilled Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

"This is a beautiful soup that is easy to make and so good for you as well. I added some golden beets to it. Flavor is good, but I would cut back on the red pepper flakes to maybe a 1/2 teaspoon. I like food with some heat and kick to it, but the full teaspoon of red pepper flakes was a bit muh even for me. Would definitely make again!"
