"Very flavorful, even without the olive paste -- we are trying to avoid too much sodium. Used high quality shrimp -- Mexican wild 6-8, and good quality feta. Very easy weeknight dish. "

"With modifications, a 5 star recipe. The genius of this recipe is the cooking of the components separately so that they develop individual flavor that melds with, but isn't muddled by the finished product. I tripled the amount of curry paste and mushrooms and garlic. Also added one of our homegrown Black Naga peppers for heat and 25 left-to-rip"
