Very good and tasty. I took the time to thinly slice the potatoes and layer them and the finished product looked amazing and everyone noticed (Thanksgiving dinner) the delayed layering. They tasted great, but next time i will use less cream and a little less cheese. It was VERY rich. Easy to make the night before as well and throw in the oven...

Good flavor, but be prepared for a "cake-textured" cookie, similar to a Madeline. I like soft cookies and i love lemon flavor so i really enjoyed these. Might be an issue for lactose intolerant folks if you took them to work and left them out.

Super easy and delicious. I used Ghirdelli white chocolate chips and it came out fine. After 4 batches I found the following tips help. (1) Very low heat to melt chocolate and stir constantly. (2) Add peppermint flavoring at the very end of melting process and stir in vigorously with candy canes. The peppermint flavoring is a MUST in my opinion....

Super easy and super good. I made them with Thanksgiving and Xmas dinner and they were a big hit. Another way to use them:

Serve with Pineapple Compote and whipped cream or ice cream for a great dessert. Cut a fresh pineapple and dice it up. Saute with some brown sugar, cinammon, butter, and small amount of flour.
