Reviewed Babaganoush

"This recipe calls for a person to really like eggplant. I do and I don't like it. The first bite was strange but it was also (in it's own way) tasty and good. It was very creamy and fresh tasting. Yes, I will make it again.""

Reviewed Creamy Latin Pasta Salad

"I have made this recipe several times, minus the ham. It is very tasty. One thing, get a good tasting feta. The last time I made the salad I bought the feta from the grocery store already crumbled. It was too strong and salty. Go to the greek store and get one of their creamy fetas (domestic or Bulgarian).""

Reviewed Fried Rice with Scallions, Edamame and Tofu

"This recipe took me longer to cook than 10 minutes in my large skillet. The end result was worth it. However, my husband thought it needed to be a little more fried. I liked the softness of the rice and the different textures and flavors. I did add a little more soy after tasting. "
