Reviewed (Almost My Grandma's Rouladen
"I've seen recipes for rouladen over the years and never had an interest in trying them. Beef and dill pickles? After watching Melissa prepare her version, I decided it was time. The result? Yummy! Very flavorful combination of ingredients that hold up as leftovers, should there be any. Another keeper!""
Reviewed Kale Slaw
"Sensational! The ingredients pair so well together and every bite is crisp and delicious. It's a bit time-consuming to put together, but as Melissa said, the slaw can be prepared (without the bacon) several hours in advance and refrigerated. Before the meal, toss in the bacon and serve. Leftovers are just as good the next day, as all of the ingred"

Reviewed Fish en Papillote
"This was an ideal preparation for the tilapia I purchased yesterday at Safeway for $2.99 a pound. I followed Melissa's recipe exactly (except for using aluminum foil in place of parchment paper and then served the packets alongside boiled Yukon Gold creamers. I loved the meal so much that I'm thinking of serving it again tonight. "
