"Fantastic Alton. i didn't have any cognac, so I used vodka, a much more stakey flavour than I expected. five stars."

"Abesolutely one of the best waffle recipies i have ever made. They are especially good with real mape syrup and maybe a peice of fried chicken. The toasted oats lent a distinct nuty-ness and there is great crisp. I would recomend these to anyone. By the way i haven't been able to find altons oat book online or in any local bookstores. Does anyone know where i can find it?
