Reviewed Buffalo Wings
"The wings themselves would be a 5 star, but I didn't love the sauce as much. Next time I will be a little more creative-I saw a Bobby Flay sauce that would go great with these. I just used small drumsticks and they were so crispy and came out perfectly. The wings stuck to the parchment paper so I would just cook them on the cookie sheet next time."
Reviewed Almost-Famous Green Bean Fries
"What a HUGE hit-with kids and adults. Brought them to a party and they were gone so quickly. The kids weren't big fans of the dipping sauce-so I should have cut it in half. Reviewed Chorizo and Shrimp Quesadillas with Smoky Guacamole
"I made this recipe for a playoff game a few weeks back. It was amazing a huge hit! The smoky guac was delish but reg guac would work too. Will definitely make it again...maybe for Superbowl!"
Reviewed Grilled Pizza with Hot Sausage, Grilled Peppers and Onions and Oregano Ricotta

Reviewed Tri-Colore Orzo
"This was a great side dish and the pine nuts make it. I left out the cherries and used chopped lettuce instead of arugula. It was even better the second day."
Reviewed Queso Fundido con Chorizo
"I made this twice last week. The first time it was well recieved and gone quickly, but we all thought it needed something. The second time I made it (by request) I added to minced chiptle peppers and it was perfect. I followed the recipe amounts, but cooked the chorizo, garlic and onion together and added olive oil when the flour went in, as there"
