"I used to work at Zingerman's, making these sandwiches, back in '02. This recipe is a scaled down version of what they use in the deli, and it is PERFECT! If you want to really do it right, use Sy Ginsburg's corned beef. Hand slice the rye so the slices are between a regular sandwich bread slice and a Texas Toast slice. Use a TON of dressing on BO"
