Reviewed Best Breakfast Potatoes Ever

These are wonderful! When I want potatoes for breakfast I baked them first then stuck them in the fridge over night, then cut them up and fried them in a pan. Lots of work and pans! This is soooo much easier. Just stick them in the oven while you make everything else. Out of sight and out of the way. Yum! Thanks for such a great idea.

fabulous! My huaband wiil probably blush, but he ate 8 of them. We had trouble finding chopsticks. I found wooden lollypop sticks (about half the length of chopsticks and have a pointed end) they were perfect for the sausage and fit great in my fryer. Try them. What fun!""
