Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings

Very tasty, warming dish but I have a problem with the dumplings. There is 1 tablespoon of baking powder in the recipe and while the dumplings are light, they have a distinct bitter/metallic aftertaste. Next time I will reduce the baking powder by 1/4 and see if that helps. Also the dumplings were still raw on top after 15 mins of poaching so ...
