Self proclaimed amatuer chef. I love any and everything cooking. The kitchen is a get away for me where I can relax, create great meals, and drink good wine. The best compliment I ever received was when a brother-in-law said he was going to give Christmas gift certificates to friends for my house.
I am really not sure I have a favorite. I love to cook everything and eat almost anything. It would be eaiser to talk about what I don't like. I am not crazy about; mushrooms, oysters, and tofu. Most of the things I don't like are because of texture and not taste.
