"This recipe was so yummy! If you are on the fence about making it just try it -- the ingredients are pretty cheap and it's a super quick dinner. I used Italian bread crumbs to coat the tofu and was heavy handed on the parmesan cheese even adding some shredded, fresh parm on the sandwich at the end. I don't think the tofu was bland at all. A"
