1) I used fresh peaches instead of dried. Don't be afraid to use fresh fruit. If you're worried about mold, don't be. The cookies won't be around long enough.

2) I was able to get 36 cookies from 1 batch with a diameter of about 2 1/2 inches.

3) They're drop cookies. Don't bother with the nonsense of wetting...

I just want to add one more thing to my review. I don't know what you guys are doing that's only getting 18 cookies out of the batch, but I got 34 decent-sized cookies. It's not Mrs. Fields. You don't have to make them huge. 2 1/2 in. in diameter is normal cookie size.

I probably won't use white chocolate chips next time. They really drown out the peach flavor. One thing though that I can't believe worked: I couldn't find dried peaches, and I don't care for apricots, so I took a chance with fresh peaches. They came out perfectly!
