I am a self-employed housekeeper/housepainter by trade. I love to cook, especially with my guy. We enjoy not only cooking together, but exchanging ideas about different ways to cook or coming up with something new to try.
Favorite Foods
I would say my fav. food is chicken. Pretty much any chicken is great & i really like cooking it because i think it's so versitule. But then again....so is Pork. My speciality's are my Chile Verde' (just took 1st place in a chili contest in Az.) & my Asparagus stuffed chicken breasts with pesto. It's the best thing I've ever eaten! As far as any restaurant's go, I tend to not like them much. I almost always leave dissapointed because i could have stayed home & made the same thing and not only would have been alot cheaper, IT WOULD HAVE TASTED GREAT!
