Have been having problems with making hard boiled eggs that don't stick to shell for years it seems. Have tried everything...old eggs, vinegar in water, boil for this long, that long, and they all didn't work EXCEPT this one! Excellent!! Have made this numerous times for parties and it is always gone within minutes and they come back looking for more. I do double the onion mixture as I love cooked onions and don't like being skimpy on the pizza.
