This was absolutely delicious. I halved the recipe since I was only cooking 2 chops and had just enough sauce. Although, next time I would make the full or even double the recipe since the sauce is so versatile. This would be great over a salad or strawberries and a triple cr�me on crostini. So Glad I found this one!

Also meant to note if using Coleman '; s Dried Mustard to check the taste of the egg mixture before adding salt. I normally add salt when cooking but this is one of those that you should wait before adding. Also, the Coleman '; s is hot and blooms as it sits. So good."

All my life I have only eaten one type of pea which comes in a silver can. I loathed the flavor of any other type of canned/frozen peas. This recipe is very good. I found that the sauce/chicken gets better the longer it sits. I found this out the first time I had made it and later snacking on a piece.
