Amazingly delicious! LOVE IT! The only changes i made was to use more peaches (about 3 lbs) and cut the sugar in half. I also tried it with pears and cranberries: super-good! Will try with apples and walnuts next time. Thank you, Paula!""

I am making this right now. It is already in the oven, and looks great. I also didn't have the round dish, so am using the 9x13. BTW, ShelleyFlorida, your advice about peach peeling is awesome. I am going to make this recipe tonight. The lamb is already marinating. I have never seen this episode, so I don't quite understand, what "stuff" from the marinade to put into the braising pot. Shall I put all of it, including lemon zest, cloves and pepercorns? Or just the garlic, cinnamon and thyme? I would really appreciate if someone could help...
