This is a classic recipe. My only addition is ground Cardamom. This gives the chicken that kicked up taste that will have them coming back for Thirds !

You can also eliminate the baking powder and salt by using Self Rising Flour. It makes a very crispy crust and is perfect to make Biscuits to go along with the chicken. "

I cook bacon or sausage ...or both and set it aside. then do the potatoes as above. I then crumble the sausage/ bacon, crack the eggs and add the cheese and finish in the oven. My family doesn't like the salsa with eggs but does like chopped tomato so I sprinkle that on and bake. "
