Adding the chopped garlic should be rethought. With the oven temperature at 400 degrees and the cooking time of 45 mintues, this means that the garlic burns. Maybe the garlic should be added when you stir the potatoes during the first half of the cooking time. Yet, I did use my toaster oven because I didn't want to use the "big" oven for one thing"
