The flavor of these were good but the procedure of the recipe was rather odd. I scrapped using the balsamic mixture as a sauce and used it as a marinade instead. Marinated for about 15-20 minutes and then squeezed the garlic on after they came off the grill. Also, finishig them in the oven seemed to me to defeat the purpose of grilling them. I"

I already had a pineapple cut into chunks in my refrigerator so I did not grill it for the salsa. I modified the salsa a bit otherwise by adding red bell pepper instead of the red jalapeno an cilantro in place of the parsley. I also omitted the olive oil - seemed unneccesary.
