Reviewed Sweet Corn Mac 'n' Cheese
"This recipe is good, not great. I'd describe it as a mild mac & cheese with a hint of corn. I prefer a sharper cheese flavor. Nevertheless, I was excited by the concept of adding creamed corn, which flavor I love. Unfortunately, the end product was IMHO too cheesey and too bland. Adding hotsauce did not enhance the flavor; it merely added heat."
