Reviewed Lemon Blueberry Pancakes
"I have never made pancakes before... always ate the frozen pancakes which you microwave. This recipe seemed easy, so decided to give it a try. Even though I made some substitutions, it turned out so good!! I used all purpose flour instead of cake flour, and used 1 cup of 2% milk instead of evaporated milk. The pancakes were DELICIOUS!! Reviewed Greek Taco!
"Jeff's energy and enthusiasm is infectious!! We watched the show and immediately planned to make this dish that day! We bought all the ingredients and made it all in under an hour. It was very good!! My only problem was that my lamb did not taste as good. It could be that I overcooked it - trying to crisp it up. Or maybe my ground lamb was very le""
Reviewed Sloppy Bombay Joes
"This was so good!! I did not use pistachios and raisins, and put little sugar instead of honey. I also did not deseed the chile as we like spicy food. I also used only 1 tablespoon of oil - half for the sauce and half for the meat. Turned out really delicious. I have never had sloppy joes before, and an Indian version of it blew me away. Definitel"
Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew
"This is a really yummy stew! My husband and I are Indians and have been eating lentil stew for years - sometimes with vegetables in it, but this recipe is different. The combination of the butternut squash and coconut was totally new for us and we loved it! I did reduce the amount of coconut after reading some of the other reviews. I also did not add honey as I thought it was sweet enough with the squash and added a little bit of sugar instead. I made it with red lentils as I was out of pigeon peas. I also added a little freshly grated ginger after tempering. We love Aarti's recipes as she usually puts a twist on familiar Indian flavors.

Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
"Awesome cookies! The lemon flavor from the glaze is very refreshing. These turn out very soft like cake. Very easy to make. Everyone loved them!
Reviewed Apple and Onion Stuffin' Muffins
"This is such a simple recipe and I expected it to turn out good. But the poultry seasoning was way too much, and the dish needed way more chicken stock than what's written. An earlier review mentioned that in the video Rachael puts more chicken stock. Wish I had seen the video before making this recipe. I will have to repair this recipe on the stove top by adding some plain toasted bread and chicken stock. Rachael should have also mentioned the baking instructions for casserole style as many people may not want to do muffins. Overall I am disappointed in this recipe. I hope someone corrects the recipe above to match the video.
