Reviewed Carrot Cake Cupcakes
"I've never been a big carrot cake fan...until now! Yummy. Kids and I are really enjoying these cupcakes. I did omit the nuts (allergies) but for me that didn't take anything away. These are also delicious without the frosting and are filling so I had one with my coffee in the morning.

"I agree 100% with the previous review. Moist and SO bland. I decided to add the chocolate chips to the mix and it helped. I also made a batch with chocolate chips and cocoa powder (banana, chocolate, chocolate chip) and it was tasty. It was chocolaty with a hint of banana.
I won't be using this recipe again for banana muffins."

"Easy to make and tasty. I used fresh basil and sage from the garden. I decided it needed a little something more so i drizzled a little truffle oil and top and as Emeril would say "BAM" it made a big difference. If your not a truffle fan I'm sure a good olive oil would work as well.
