WOW! Light, creamy, buttery and sweet. Not too buttery. I used it to frost cupcakes with a star tip and found the consistency easy to work with. Not only did they look pretty they but the kids loved it.

Simple to make and very tasty. The only different thing I did was to mix some vegi penne pasta (orange color) to the white pasta and it added some nice color to the mix.

I believe you can add more sugar to the mix to make it thicker for stenciling. If you need some of it for stenciling and some for filling in the outline separate it so you have one stiff and one soft batch.

As previously noted Simple Syrup does work great. Also I don't like to shake the mint up with the drink. Instead I muddle it in the glass and pour the shaken drink into the glass. For me that just gives it just the right amount of mint without it over powering the drink.
Refreshing and tasty."

I've never been a big carrot cake fan...until now! Yummy. Kids and I are really enjoying these cupcakes. I did omit the nuts (allergies) but for me that didn't take anything away. These are also delicious without the frosting and are filling so I had one with my coffee in the morning.

I agree 100% with the previous review. Moist and SO bland. I decided to add the chocolate chips to the mix and it helped. I also made a batch with chocolate chips and cocoa powder (banana, chocolate, chocolate chip) and it was tasty. It was chocolaty with a hint of banana.
I won't be using this recipe again for banana muffins."
