Reviewed Cranberry Orange Scones
6 days ago on FoodNetwork.com
“I have made these twice now. First time I didn't have the orange zest and still they came out tasty. Second time around I made it with the zest and WOW even better.
I really like the texture of the scone and while I'm no scone expert I did give one to someone who eats them all the time and she thought it was one of the best she has ever...”

“As previously noted Simple Syrup does work great. Also I don't like to shake the mint up with the drink. Instead I muddle it in the glass and pour the shaken drink into the glass. For me that just gives it just the right amount of mint without it over powering the drink.
Refreshing and tasty."”

“I've never been a big carrot cake fan...until now! Yummy. Kids and I are really enjoying these cupcakes. I did omit the nuts (allergies) but for me that didn't take anything away. These are also delicious without the frosting and are filling so I had one with my coffee in the morning.
One other note I decided to try making a few in my mini...”

“I agree 100% with the previous review. Moist and SO bland. I decided to add the chocolate chips to the mix and it helped. I also made a batch with chocolate chips and cocoa powder (banana, chocolate, chocolate chip) and it was tasty. It was chocolaty with a hint of banana.
I won't be using this recipe again for banana muffins."”

“Easy to make and tasty. I used fresh basil and sage from the garden. I decided it needed a little something more so i drizzled a little truffle oil and top and as Emeril would say "BAM" it made a big difference. If your not a truffle fan I'm sure a good olive oil would work as well.
This does not stand on its own so I think it makes a nice...”

“After reading the reviews I also used 1/4 less sugar. I also wanted to use up what I had left over from a previous baking project so I divided my batter and made one batch with white chocolate chips and the other with Ghiardelli dark chocolate chips. Other changes where I used Unsweetened Dark Cocoa and added a tsp of instant espresso (brings out "”

“I altered the recipe a little since I didn't have all that was needed. I used chicken instead of turkey, potato in place of corn, one dish instead of several and I doubled the crust batch using one half on top and one on bottom (because I love dough on the bottom). I baked the bottom layer of crust for 10 minutes before filling. It worked out gre...”

“Easy to make and tasty. I liked the texture of the cake as it is moist but not falling apart, it is also not too sweet. I followed the directions down to the confectioners sugar and a dap of whip cream when I served it (cool whip) and really liked it. It will be great with coffee in the morning. Even my little ones ate it up. I'll be making this ...”

“Like someone else noted it is a bit bland and next time I will add a little more salt. Still it is tasty. I decided to try and make it without the chicken and added frozen peas and carrots. Worked very well, I just sauteed the vegi's with the onion and garlic, didn't completely cook them up either and when it came out of the oven the vegi's weren...”

“Took the advice of others and added apple sauce (about a cup, and vanilla (1/4 tsp. The only complaint I have was that it needed well over 70 minutes.
