Reviewed comfort meatballs

I made these last night, but had to substitute ground turkey for the ground beef (counting calories just now) and used unsweetened almond milk in lieu of the regular milk. Still it was a wonderful recipe. We loved these comfort meatballs! Thanks, Ree! Will definitely make them a go-to meal in the future.

We made this over the weekend and it was delicious! Had to substitute parsnips for carrots since I didn't have any carrots and no pancetta so I used boudin that I broiled then cut up into bite sized pieces. I had to used canned artichokes (rinsed and drained) and used bone-in chicken breasts. The dish was fabulous. The leftovers are even better!...

Delicious and very easy! Had to use halibut because I couldn't afford the sea bass, but it was scrumptious. The roasted vegetables were a snap to prepare and delicious as well.
