"These lemon bars were very, very good--very simple to make, and delicious lemon flavor. The only thing I would have changed is the amount of sugar. As is, I found it a BIT too sweet. I'm going to make it again with this adjustment and I think they'll be perfect! The shortbread crust was really delicious...a perfect base for this yummy dessert."
