"Anne Burrell rocks! This was easy, creamy and delicious. I have never thought of making Carbonara because I thought I would end up with scrambled eggs and bacon on pasta. I saw Anne make this and she made it look so easy, and it was. I can't believe there is no cream in this. I used bacon instead of pancetta because I can't find it in my area""
