Forgot to say.. we had fettuccine with it. That just made it perfect. Glass of white wine...Veal and salad. Felt like we were at a fine restaurant.

I made mini loafs last year. Wrapped them in plastic wrap and tied with ribbon then made up a beautiful basket. Gave it to a friend for her Christmas party. She told me later that her Mom and her sat down the night before and ate all of them! So yeah... these are awesome!

Was surprised how tender they turned in just 10 minutes .Making them again tonight. Might be one of our regulars now."

I have made this serveral times, and it is wonderful. But this time, I decided to add some green onion and dill to the mayo and lemon. I also use stick cheeses and cube them thin. I get the varity pack so I can put Colby, cheddar/monz. I don't think you can mess this recipe up. And you can add or delete whatever you want. Thanks boys!"

Ok I did make some changes cause of reviews, cut the salts to 1 tsp each instead of 1 1/2, so not much. Husband hates cottage cheese, so used ricotta (go figure he like that)and I can't use beef.. this is Italian.. mild Italian sausage was my choice..
