Reviewed 4-Step Chicken Marengo

"I followed the recipe - mostly - my family likes some heat with the meal. So I roasted 3 poblano, 1 jalepeno 1 red pepper. Removed the blackened skin and seeds, sliced and added to the onion after it had cooked down. I added some dried thyme to the veggies. I skipped the tomato paste and used San Marzano whole tomatoes I smashed up with the liquid from the can. Still used the broth but skipped the wine. Served with thin spaghetti, warm artisan bread and a caesar salad. EXCELLENT. "

Reviewed Potato-Bacon Torte

"Awesome. We like a little spice in our house so I added chopped scallion (white part-save the green for garnish!) and minced fresh jalapeno pepper. What couldn't you add to this? Seems to me you could taylor it to make it a favorite for any one's palate.

Reviewed Oven-roasted Turkey Breast with Leeks and Cornbread Stuffing

"I've been waiting for Thanksgiving to make this dish again. OUTSTANDING. I have never had turkey this moist. My family still wants a "whole" bird on the table but the stuffed breasts are the first to be asked to pass around. You have to try this if you are tired of the same old dried turkey meat.
