I gave this four stars instead of five because I tweaked it a little, but the results were five star. I reduced the amount of butter (to 1 tbsp) and lemon (one lemon was plenty) and increased the amount of red pepper flakes to 1/2 tsp. Also added about 2 tbsp of reserved pasta water at the end to make it a little saucier. This dish was wonderfully"

I took this recipe in a slightly different direction: I omitted the pineapple, decreased the honey to one tablespoon, and added a chopped avocado and a tablespoon of olive oil. Delicious. "
