Reviewed Buttermilk Baked Chicken

Good but not great - coating needed add'l spices and although I followed the instructions, let the buttermilk drip off, used a rack, turned the chicken over, even turned up the heat to 425*, the coating was soggy. I ran both sides under the broiler for a few minutes to try to crisp it up - helped a little. Disappointing."
