"If the foil is a problem I used Reynolds Non-Stick and it came off like a charm and no dirty pan to clean.

Reviewed Pecan Bars

"Really very good & so easy to bake. As to the question about the 2 day in air tight container, my guess they would last a lot longer than 2 days. I made these the same day the show aired already having all the ingredients on hand and my husband consumed them in 2 days so I guess I won't have to be concerned if they keep longer. I did add 2 tsp vanilla.

Reviewed Chocolate Penalty Cake

"When condensed milk is not sweetened it is known as evaporated milk. The recipe calls for condensed milk NOT evaporated milk. Most experienced bakers are already aware of these differences. Cake is on the rich side but nevertheless very good. I did not over use the condensed milk but used it sparingly. The raspberry rum makes all the difference glad I used it rather than water.
