"This was really good. I balked at the cost of goat cheese so I only used 4 oz and added about half of a 6.5 oz tub of Alouette Herb Cheese and used spinach instead of basil. I'll definitely make this again."

Reviewed Cheese-Stuffed Pork Chops
"This was awesome! I substituted fresh spinach like another reviewer suggested and used the boneless porkchops I already had in the freezer making sure the pocket didn't go all the way through. We are trying to practice portion control so I forced my husband to leave leftovers so I can see if this reheats well after freezing.
