I'm sure it tastes good if you make it right... I did not. Too hard. The blender technique is WAY better for the sauce...I curdled a batch with the double boiler first. And the poached chance. Whites sank and cooked, yolks floated and didn't...disaster. I'm going out to eat this....forget making it at home.
