Patrish Bergamo, This was a very wonderful dish, I serve to guests and they all wanted the recipe. The only change I did was to put the eggplant in two layers and I stacked the eggplant on top of each other so it was very handy for serving, each guest received one stack, I served a salad and it was sufficient for 10 servings."
