Reviewed Slow Cooked Cuban Sandwich
"I am Cuban and this pork recipe is easy, tasty and most importantly DELICIOUS! Funny this recipe started out as a "Cuban Sandwich" but at my house the sandwich where the leftovers. The night I made this it was our main dish with Rice, Black Beans and "Yuca con Mojo" typical Cuban meal.
