"I just made this and have to say it was the best ever! I didn't use any salt, however I did salt the onions I put in with the beef when I browned it, just a little, about a 1/2 teaspoon and it came out amazing. I only used about half of the mix for about 3/4 lb of beef. I have never, EVER gone wrong with one of Alton's recipes. Simply the best. "
