“The best way Ive found that works for me is put 6-8 eggs in a pan and cover with water and a dash of salt. Bring top a boil, turn off heat, cover and let sit for 20MINS. Remove to a bowl filled with ice, let sit for a couple mins, then remove shells. Yolks are always done perfect.
15mins is too short of a time for me."”
